The 2019-2021 DGC/CMPA Standard Agreement was  extended to December 31, 2022.  All terms, conditions, and forms in the Agreement remain as below, except for scale fees and tier levels, which increased by 3% on January 1, 2022.  See below for the 2022 rate and tier adjustments, as well as the full Memorandum of Agreement addressing this one-year extension.
