Using direct feedback from our members, the report highlights the important issues that BIPOC members face within the industry, encapsulating them into a more easily digestible form. We hope that this report will demonstrate the very real issues that many of your fellow members face, but that are so often invisible to others. 

While progress on racial equity is never easy, the Guild is committed to taking concrete steps to address the issues brought forward by BIPOC members.
