DGC’s new podcast examines the creative process of filmmaking

The DGC Podcast has officially launched this week at Banff World Media Festival. Each episode features a conversation between filmmakers that takes listeners behind the scenes and delves into the technique and process behind their work.

A diverse range of topics and filmmakers from all genres and positions will provide meaningful listening for both veteran and aspiring creators from all areas of filmmaking. Alongside these discussions on their craft is an examination of the social and cultural elements of their life and work.

Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers, Yung Chang, John Fawcett, Tatiana Maslany, Sarah Polley and Garrett Bradley are just a few of the accomplished Canadian and international filmmakers that will be featured for an incredible catalogue of creative conversations. Each conversation is moderated by an array of equally talented filmmakers and hosted by DGC Directors Aubrey Arnason and Katia Café-Fébrissy.
