With members feeling the impacts of isolation and social distancing, DGC National launched “Lights, Camera, Listen” – a new campaign focused on raising awareness about the realities of mental health in the film & television industry and connecting DGC Members with the benefits and services available to bolster mental fitness.

“Lights, Camera, listen”, focuses on mental health awareness and the DGC Benefits available to our members. It also focuses on collective support and well-being. While it’s important to always be mindful of mental health, it is essential to care for oneself during this time - where most of us are practicing social distancing and have been quarantined for many weeks.

To help us foster a sense of community and a culture of collective healing, we would like you participate in our campaign by sending a picture of yourself that describes your feeling, your at-home activities, your habits or your coping mechanism at this time. These pictures will be added to our “Lights, Camera, listen” website. Please send pictures to dgcbenefits@dgc.ca.
