The DGC is very excited to announce our new online platform: DGC Online, home for all online content created to promote the work of DGC Members.

This space enhances the promotion of the DGC Membership by showcasing Members in all departments, from across the country through interviews, video content and more.

DGC Online can be accessed by clicking the red “online” logo in the top right corner of the DGC website.

We are launching DGC Online with our digital series: The 2016 DGC Awards Director Roundtables.

Each episode features some of our country's finest Directors: Atom Egoyan (Remember), Robert Budreau  (Born to Be Blue), Wiebke von Carolsfeld (The Saver), and Samir Rehem (What Would Sal Do?), as they take our moderator, DGC Director Warren P. Sonoda, through the making-of their DGC Award nominated work!

DGC Online also features two new interview columns: 

• "10 QUESTIONS", which features interviews with important leaders in the screen-based industry, about topics of interest to DGC Members and;
•  "SPOTLIGHT" which features discussions with DGC Members across all departments about their experiences and their craft.

Our first "10 QUESTIONS" features TIFF's Artistic Director Cameron Bailey and our first "SPOTLIGHT" shines a light DGC Director Annie Bradley. 

Stay tuned for interviews with DGC Production Designer Patrice Vermette (Sicario, Arrival, Enemy, Prisoners), Hot Docs President Chris McDonald and many more!

DGC Online also features lots of original video content, an events calendar, DGC Event photo galleries and will be the home of Montage Magazine content and more.
