Women In the Director’s Chair (WIDC) has announced the participants selected for the 20^th anniversary of their mentorship program, Story & Leadership.

The program allows directors to develop feature films and web series while working along side industry experts in Vancouver and Whistler.

Three DGC Members are participating in the program this year. Winnifred Jong is developing the web series Tokens, Virginia Abramovich is developing her debut feature Eat or Be Eaten and Rama Rau is developing her debut feature The Devil In Her.

Mentors for this year’s program include DGC Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient Anne Wheeler and DGC director Siobhan Devine.
