Diversity, Equity And Inclusion Committee
DGC Ontario’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee works on behalf of all DGC Ontario Members who are racialized, 2SLGBTQ+, disabled, and people of marginalized genders*. This committee advises on concerns relating to systemic racism, exclusion, and barriers to access and collaborates with the staff and Executive Board to foster programs, initiatives, and outreach to support and nurture a diverse and inclusive Membership.
*Marginalized genders - including but not limited to trans and non-binary people, cis women, femmes, and Two Spirit.
