Kelly is a Writer/Producer/Director and proprietor of Steeltown Chick Productions. She wrote, produced and directed the documentary Iron Mike: The Mike Keenan Story, which aired on Rogers Sportsnet in Canada and the NHL Network in the US. Kelly also co-directed/produced the documentary Scott Cannata's The Run To Live, the story of a young marathon runner who ran across Canada to raise hope, awareness, and money in support of cancer research.

Kelly also produces (PM/Line Producer) feature films. She has worked with such incredible talent as Mira Sorvino, Paul Sorvino, Daryl Hannah, Michael Madsen, James Caan and the late Margot Kidder on six features and recently wrapped on the seventh! Kelly's guilty pleasure in the industry is location scouting and all the fun that the job entails. Recently, she was Location Manager on the DGC-dispensated feature THINGS I DO FOR MONEY directed by Warren P. Sonoda.

In a past life she worked in Human Resources. This experience lends its way to Kelly's having exceptional people management skills through all facets of hiring, training and performance management. HR fundamentals and workplace Health & Safety are second nature to her and bode well for her role in Production Management.
