This Town Hall is being held to discuss recent Diversity & Inclusion Committee initiatives and to have open and honest conversations about issues encountered by diverse Members, particularly as these issues relate to the historical system of privilege built into various industry organizations, including the DGC. The emphasis will be on how microaggressions in the arena of racism, misogyny and homophobia threaten the psychological health of all those experiencing them. The goal of this Town Hall is to be self-reflective and focus on creating an inclusive environment and building allyship for the health & safety of all Members.
