ACTORS' FUND OF CANADA (AFC)

The AFC is the lifeline for Canada’s entertainment industry. This charitable organization, in existence since 1950, disburses approximately $500,000 in individual assistance annually. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization has distributed $1.4M in assistance to Canadian workers in need, and during the strikes in the United States in 2023, $2.9M. It is thanks to the support of the AFC and its donors that those who request it can obtain the financial respite they need to get through difficult times.

COMPASSIONATE FUND

DCG Quebec's Compassionate Fund helps members who are unable to work on a long-term basis due to a serious health problem affecting them or their dependents or due to an exceptional situation in their personal life.

An amount equal to a current quarterly dues credit or annual dues, depending on the situation, may be added to your membership file.
