COMMISSION DES NORMES, DE L'ÉQUITÉ, DE LA SANTÉ ET DE LA SÉCURITÉ DU TRAVAIL (CNESST)
WHAT IS THE CNESST?
The Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail is the organization responsible for promoting rights and obligations in the workplace in Quebec. It ensures that these rights and obligations are respected by Quebec workers and employers.
COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the CNESST published a guide to support the audiovisual production sector in taking charge of occupational health and safety (OHS) in their workplace in this exceptional context. However, now that the measures have been lightened, please refer to the CNESST document Ajustements des mesures sanitaires en milieu de travail (In French only).
